K - 8 Application Packet

      The application process begins with you filling out the  
K through 8 Application Form  (PDF Download) We are also happy to mail a hard copy of the application packet - to request a hard copy please call 530-878-8720.

The completed form maybe e-mailed to officesupport@liveoakwaldorf.org or mailed to Admissions, 410 Crother Road, Meadow Vista, CA 95746. 

A staff or faculty member will call you to confirm receipt of your application and to arrange a meeting with you and your child. 

The school office will call you to set up an enrollment conversation, after you have met with your child's class teacher. This is a contract discussion as well as an opportunity to learn about the administrative functions of the school.
