Join Dr. Susan R. Johnson, MD, FAAP, for an informative, in-depth presentation on how we - as parents and teachers - can support healthy brain development for our children.

A critical key to learning, healthy brain development in the growing child can, and should, be supported to allow the seeds of any educational offerings to flourish.

In her lecture, Dr. Johnson will share practical suggestions for both parents and teachers to help the growing chilld's brain development, which essentially isn't mature until well past high school. From the importance of warmth to physical nourishment to movement, there are many ways to positively impact healthy brain development.

This by-donation lecture is open to parents, teachers and childcare providers who are interested in supporting children of all ages.

Dr. Susan Johnson is a mother, certified Waldorf teacher, and pediatrician who has specialized in Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics for more than 22 years. Her integration of Anthroposophical Medicine offers a more holistic approach to medical care and treatment for children and adults.
